Your telegram No. 22.
Head of Eurasia Company informs me that he expects shortly to be prevented from flying to Sianfu on account of arrival of Russian war material but German pilots appear to be remaining.
I am informed that French [grp. undc.] has declined to carry aeroplanes and Japanese have warned French if war material transported they will mine the line; to which reply has been made material arriving ordered prior to hostilities. French firm is nevertheless now negotiating Japanese aerodrome [? commander] in connexion with delivery of war material.
